Do I need to make any repairs?
No! Don’t spend another penny on repairs. We will buy your house "as-is". No matter what condition your house is in or the damage it has faced, we are interested in buying it from you. We’ve bought houses that needed complete makeovers and even those that needed to be torn down completely.
How does the closing process work?
Closing can happen in as little as five days after you accept our offer, but you can close and move out on the date of your choice. The title company will schedule a time for you to sign the closing documents after we have ensured a clear title. You can choose to have a mobile notary come to you, or you can sign the closing documents at the title office. Closings typically take 30 minutes to one hour. Depending on the timing of the close, you will receive your funds either same day or next business day.
Can I change my close date while I’m in contract?
Yes! We understand that needs change over time, and it may take more or less time than anticipated to find your next place to live. As long as your new close date is within reason, we are happy to accommodate.
